PineWild Buoy Field Rules
- A Buoy Owner must be a homeowner
at PineWild. The Buoy Owner may permit temporary guests to use
the buoy, or the Buoy Owner may rent the Buoy, but only to other
PineWild Homeowners or Renters. Non-residents of PineWild are
not permitted to use or rent a buoy in the PineWild Buoy Field.
- Only boats of 26 feet or less may
be attached to the Buoy.
- The PineWild Homeowners
Association will provide the services of connecting the Buoys by
May 1st, having the chains, pivots and connections inspected for
wear or deficiencies and replacement of parts and the removal of
the Buoy Floats by October 15th, each year. The fee for this
service is $150 per year payable to the PineWild Homeowners
Association by April 15th. No buoy will be handled unless the
entire deposit is paid. Delinquent payments will result in a
special extra handling charge to the Buoy Owner. Any repairs or
parts needed are at the Buoy Owners expense.
- A Buoy Owner Information Form is
to be filed with the Homeowners Association by April 15th, each
year.
- Each Buoy Owner is responsible for
the boat on the respective Buoy and for any damage caused to
other boats should the boat break away from the Buoy. The
PineWild Homeowners Association does not have personnel to solve
Buoy problems. It will endeavor to assist in an emergency.
- If a Buoy is sold, the following
is required:
- A Buoy may only be sold to another PineWild Homeowner.
- The seller is required to notify the PineWild Homeowners
Association of the sale.
- The buyer is required to file with the PineWild
Homeowners Association a Bill of Sale.
- This procedure will guarantee ownership of the buoy;
otherwise the buoy could revert back to the PineWild
Homeowners Association.
- The pier is to be used for loading
and unloading of passengers only. It is not to be used for
lengthy unmanned or over night tie-up of boats.
- Boat trailer parking or storage is
prohibited at all times.
